Melanie Davis is the Co-owner of Adorn Interiors, along with her husband Jeff Davis. Melanie brings 25 years of professional experience to each project. She loves to partner with her clients to understand their needs, wishes and dreams. Understanding the various aspects of design and the need to be within a desired budget is part of Melanie’s ability to be creative and flexible with all the resources she has available. Jeff is a well-known real estate developer in Prescott and the surrounding communities. Jeff has participated in developing and selling over 800 custom homesites in the Prescott market and therefore has a keen eye for each client’s  “Design Build” project. Jeff is always at the forefront of current real estate thinking and best practices. With the ability to apply his knowledge of land development, Jeff is able to pick a homesite or commercial site for every “Design Build” project.

Melanie and Jeff provide a unique combination of services for their clients, whether it be a small remodel project or a new custom home.

When not at work, Melanie and Jeff enjoy time together traveling and just taking time to relax. But most of all, they enjoy spending time with their eight children, eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
